Gesico is a family business specialising in property administration, asset management and tenancy management.
For more than two decades we have supported owners' communities, private owners and tenants in the legal, administrative and financial management of their properties.
The arrival of a new generation ensures the continuity of this commitment, integrating new technologies, management tools and more agile ways of communicating, without giving up the technical expertise that has defined us for two decades and keeping intact the values that have defined Gesico since its beginnings.
As members of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Managers of Andorra (AGIA), we carry out our work with an ongoing commitment to training, professional rigour and regulatory updates.
02 Areas of management
Managing a rented property involves much more than collecting rent. We take care of everything: contracts, inventory, renewals, incidents and coordination with the tenant. Professional management so that your assets work for you, worry-free.
We manage your owners' community in accordance with the Horizontal Property Act: meetings, budgets, accounting, fees, claims and suppliers. Order, transparency and constant monitoring so the building runs without setbacks.
Every transaction is different, but our commitment is always the same: to reach the notary with all the groundwork done. We review the documentation, handle the marketing and coordinate every step —certificates, deposit agreement, taxation— so that you only have to make decisions.
You don't always need to delegate the entire management of your property. We offer one-off services such as drafting contracts, settlements, tax returns and dealings with public authorities, so you can access the expertise of a property administrator only when you need it.
Do you have a home in Andorra but don't live there permanently? We take care of the management and supervision of your property when you're away: from preparation before your arrival to maintenance coordination, regular monitoring and administrative tasks.
