Rental management

Managing a rented property requires much more than collecting rent.

At Gesico we offer a comprehensive service aimed at protecting the owner's interests and ensuring proper management of the tenancy throughout its term.

At the start of the contract

  • Marketing of the property: professional photography, publication on property portals and viewing management.
  • Solvency assessment of the prospective tenant.
  • Inventory of the property, photographed and documented.
  • Setting up and depositing the security deposit.
  • Drafting of the tenancy agreement in accordance with current regulations.
  • On request, we arrange rent default insurance.

During the contract

  • Annual rent update.
  • Management of arrears and debt recovery.
  • Mediation in disputes between the parties.
  • Regularisation of utilities and supplies.
  • Follow-up of incidents and maintenance.

Community management

Managing a community requires regulatory knowledge, management ability and constant follow-up of the matters affecting the building.

At Gesico we take on the comprehensive management of communities in accordance with the Horizontal Property Act and the specific bylaws of each building.

Gesico Confort is a service designed for owners of second homes and investors who need a trusted point of contact in the Principality: someone who knows the property, acts with good judgement and keeps them informed at all times.

For more than twenty years we have managed incidents, coordinated tradespeople and protected the value of the properties entrusted to us. Gesico Confort was born from that very experience.

Every owner has different needs. Some just want us to prepare the home before they arrive; others prefer to fully delegate day-to-day management. Gesico Confort adapts to each case, without rigid structures or unnecessary services.
