At the start of the contract
- Marketing of the property: professional photography, publication on property portals and viewing management.
- Solvency assessment of the prospective tenant.
- Inventory of the property, photographed and documented.
- Setting up and depositing the security deposit.
- Drafting of the tenancy agreement in accordance with current regulations.
- On request, we arrange rent default insurance.
During the contract
- Annual rent update.
- Management of arrears and debt recovery.
- Mediation in disputes between the parties.
- Regularisation of utilities and supplies.
- Follow-up of incidents and maintenance.
- Regulatory monitoring and advice to the owner on legislative changes affecting the tenancy.
At move-out
- Inspection of the property and comparison with the initial inventory.
- Move-out settlement: deposit, utilities and damage.
- Handling of damage and repair quotes.
